Congrats to the Winner of our Good Morning Mom Giveaway!

Chris Shari Alligood is the winner of our fabulous Good Morning Mom Giveaway!

She’ll be receiving:

  • A super kitschy vintage “Mom” mug from Bohemian Seed and Starbucks coffee donated via Tumblewee for a good ol’ cup of joe when mom wakes up.
  • One dozen “Nana’s Cinnamon Rolls” from Love to Create3 to round out the breakfast tray you’ll be delivering the coffee on (it is Breakfast in Bed)!
  • A $25 dollar gift certificate  for mom to spend as she chooses at Naked Eye Beauty so she can get ready for her day after her breakfast in bed!
  • Earrings and a matching ring from Jeannie Richard so she can look stylish in her outfit for the day.

She shared this story with us about her mom:

It’s so nice to know that you’re mom and you are back on speaking terms!  Life without our mothers just isn’t the same . . . regardless of problems and disagreements we may have with them. We hope your mother loves the gift . . . or that you do ;)

Thanks for liking us on Facebook and following our blog!

Happy Mother’s Day,

Featured Esty Shop: Jeannie n Richard

Do you love jewelery?  We do!

Today’s featured Etsy shop is Jeannie n Richard a husband and wife “tandem” who design “distinct luxe jewelry.”  They have been designing jewelry since 2011.  Richard does chainmaille weaving while Richard & Jeannie both do bead stitching.  They work daily on their designs bringing together an “ecletic fusion of beads, gemstones, pearls, cyrstals and chainmaille that rise to your occasion, daily styling and your sentimental heirloom that endures the changing trends.”

these are so sweet, they remind of me icecream with a nostaligic modern twist.

You can have a chance to win a ring and a pair of earrings by entering our mother’s day giveaway.

there is something hip, modern, yet classic about this.

Not only does this husband + wife team make amazing jewelery, but they also want to fulfill one of their life long dreams by dedicating a percentage of the profits from their designs into establishing a “self substaining pet sanctuary for the abandoned, strays, sick and abused where there is no limitation of stay but with the option to be rehomed into a responsible and loving family.”

We LOVE that they want to give back, and what a great concept for doing so.

i love the modern chevron like feel this has. the blue is just amazing and would be great for summer outfits!

Make sure to check out their shop ecspcially because their shop is having a Post-FAB 25% Sale till May 31, code POSTFAB25 at checkout.  Also, if you love the earrings and ring you saw me wearing for Fashion Friday enter our giveaway for a chance to win them!

Featured Esty Seller: Bumble C

If you couldn’t tell, we’re big fans of handmade over here at tumblewee.  We constantly surf etsy for unique creations and finding Bumble Cs’ beautiful shop was such a stroke of luck for us!  We’re absolutely in LOVE with this oh-so-feminine shop and all the lovely creations in it. Like these Miranda covered button earrings:

I love these covered button earrings!

Ashley wore her lovely pair of “Grace” lace earrings for last Friday Fashion post.  And though each pair is made from vintage lace so you aren’t able to buy these EXACT earrings, here are their cousins:

Vintage lace earrings: Rose

If you want to have a truly unique matching necklace try pairing the Rose earrings with Bumble C’s Lucile vintage lace necklace:

This is absolutely one of the most beautiful statement necklaces I've ever seen!

Angela is a full time student and part time crafter who loves to create whenever she can find the time.  We think she must manage to find plenty of time because she has so many beautiful creations!! Like these Cinnamon hair clips:

I'm picturing a flowy, vintage lace dress and soft curls held back by these lovely hair clips. A future Fashion Friday perhaps . . .

Add this Eileen peony ring to complete the romantic look:

So pretty!

We asked Angela to describe her inspiration and she told us, “I’m inspired by anything feminine, soft, vintage, and classic. I really got my start when I was planning my wedding, and realized I had a love for lace! I try to create pieces that are versatile so they can go from casual day to a night on the town, but are showstoppers at any time.”
After seeing her lovely creations, I’m sure you’ll agree that she describes her jewelery beautifully!

So if your the romantic or vintage type, go and check out her stuff and support handmade uniqueness.
